6. Payment Terms

   All consulting fees are agreed upon before commencing services and are payable as per the terms stated in our invoice. Payments are due within 14 days of invoicing, unless otherwise specified. BlueLeaf Consulting reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are overdue.

7. Limitation of Liability

   While we strive to provide high-quality consulting services, BlueLeaf Consulting is not liable for:

   • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services.
   • Losses arising from decisions made by clients based on our advice or recommendations.
   • Errors or omissions in any information or materials provided.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

   Clients may cancel services by providing written notice at least 48 hours before a scheduled consultation. Refunds will only be provided if cancellation occurs before services have commenced. Once a service has been provided, no refunds will be issued.

9. Changes to Terms

   BlueLeaf Consulting reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. It is the client’s responsibility to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.

10. Governing Law

    These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
